Saturday, 14 September, the first info session on permaculture and transition  towns hapened in Cluj, at the Permanent Culture Club, organized by the Romanian Permaculture Association.
It was a full house, with a beautiful public and delicious homemade food. The  workshop was a success, and as our friend Nadia told us, it is heartwarming to
see so many people concerned with the future of Cluj.

Things are changing and we love it ! We are very happy to see so many beautiful ideas taking shape in Cluj and we are looking forward to making them come true facts !

From Catalina, RPA:
‘The first info session in our project began Saturday in Timisoara and Cluj.
We met wonderful people, interested in permaculture and oriented towards small positive changes in their communities. From the many ideas that our
participants had, we mention: greenhouses on the apartment blocks, reclaiming
the green spaces, A to Z gardening in schools, free stuff cabinet in the apartment block hallways, embellishing the garages, community gardens, collections of used cooking oil, population info – raising their awareness,  the garden at the kindergarden, fruit trees map, cob urban furniture in parks  and bus stations, green roofs, local fruit juice networks. Congrats, we had a great start !’
